Trap food

So I bought some king oyster mushroom and when trying to figure what I could do with it, I read that it could be used to fake scallop. So I tried and with a bit more effort it could look decent. Any other example of vegan imitation/trap food you've tried making ?

why imitate scallops? mushrooms are good on their own

You can fake eggy stuff with black salt.

Cool thread, OP. Very convincing dish. Grilled Shitake makes a decent burger substitute in my experience, and while not a trap, carrot pineapple juice tastes surprisingly identical to mango juice.
