All I can think of when I see or hear about leeks is this hentai flash game where some giant sentient leek has sex with a girl. I'm pretty sure seeing this at a young age damaged me and my perception of leeks forever.

For mine, I slice into around half-inch pieces, and then stirfry with a couple cloves garlic, a few takanotsume, some doubanjiang, and thin-sliced charsiu, then deglaze with a soy-mirin mix.

Yes. My two favorite leek recipes are biscuits and gravy with a bacon/leek cream gravy, and quiche Lorraine with pancetta, leek, and gruyere.
