Food and water.

Whole-food plant-based diet (thus vegan)

For me, it's the McChicken. The best fast food sandwich.

>science
not math or science

Wholesome balanced natural goodness

Everything in moderation.

correct

Eat whatever the fuck you want. Just
1. Have variety
2. Eat once a day

science says nothing on the topic

>what is nutrition

PhD in food science from a top university. Ask me anything

As for OP, healthy and unhealthy is a false dichotomy. All food has some nutritional value, by virtue of being food. You should make your food choices depending on your individual needs. Avoid excesses. Take more ascorbic acid.

is meat truly necessary?

Which kind of unhealthy eating habits are widely seen as healthy for you ?

40-40-20 and at least RDA on all the micros.

Should I store omega 3 capsules in the fridge?
Is it ok to eat 3-4 eggs a day (including yolks)?
How worried should I be about heavy metals in chia/flax seeds?
Should I unironically buy a water filter to get rid of medicine traces in tap water? I live in a city of 1 million people but the water comes from far away.

Define "moderation" for "everything".

By way of comparison: one gram of cannabis will get you high. One gram of LSD will destroy you.

And there's definitely things you shouldn't eat even in moderation, like rat poison.

I’m 6 foot 140 pounds and live an active gym going lifestyle, although with little cardio exercise.
My blood pressure is around 135~/80 and got to 140 the other day.

Would cutting way back on sodium help lower it? I’m not sure why it’s high in the first place. Genetic? My father has bad high blood pressure but he also smoked and was a bit overweight. Any good tips to help?

Thanks just stopped taking my warfarin

This is also why "balanced diet" is such a loaded term: balanced on what scale?

Pls respond I don’t want to die a virgin

Do more cardio

drink more water. not because oh em gee water is like totally good for you but because increasing hydration directly lowers your body's sodium levels which in turn affect blood pressure.
