Soyboy here. I've never drunk any soylent before. But I do have dairy every day, including milk (cow, goat, human), cheese, and butter.

I wouldn't worry about it. Our food is well regulated. If you dont want to be a soyboy then exercise with a fitting diet. Stopping soy or dairy wont magically make you into some big lumberjack.
