Just finished thanksgiving dinner

stopped reading right there.

I like coffee but I hate coffee flavoured things. Usually they flavour it with trash instant coffee.

You don't like tira misu?

Never tried it.

>just finished thanksgiving dinner
>mom asks if i want some pecan pie
>i say "i dont like how pee tastes"
>she says "you think pee is how pecans taste"
>i say "well, doesn't it"?
>then she hits me and starts crying, calling me a disappointment and puts out a bottle of poison in my bedroom

If it helps I have never heard of someone using instant coffee to flavor it, always fresh espresso

I just went to look for the recipe and it really doesn't contain coffee, so I presume it's like with tea biscuits, the name is not from what it's made, but from what it's being served with.

i find tiramisu is always too strong and usually bitter

>bitter
Huh, I can't relate at all. It's literally cake, if coffee infused cake is too bitter for you, actual coffee must be a nightmare

nah i drink a lot of coffee and black w/out suagr

tiramisu..i just dont like the texture of sponge with coffee. its like they use a coffee lacquer but there isnt anything to dilute the tatse

i might have to try it some more

Maybe you got shitty tiramisu? It should just be espresso or strong coffee, not an extract or anything like that

tiramisu isnt cake, it is layers of ladyfingers and ricotta cheese with espresso and cocoa powder

Yeah. It's a cake made of the components you just mentioned.

For the longest time I thought Tiramisu was a japanese word.

mascarpone cheese, not ricotta

>tiramisu isn't cake it is (describes a cake)

>Call crumb cake "coffee cake" for no raisin.
>Laugh at other people when they think it's not crumb cake.
Yo mom' a ho.

You're Mom is awesome. You're a bit of a disappointment, really.

>mascarpone cheese
ESL in me always wondered why 40% fat butter is cheese

By now you've surely figured out that coffee cake is just cake eaten with coffee right?

Me too.

That's fika.

>pronouncing pecan as "pee-can"

are your teeth golden?

>pronouncing pecan as "peh-cahn"

I read the reply and then stopped.

No the Japanese word for Tiramisu is
ティラミス
How could you confuse that shit for "Tiramisu"

>just finished thanksgiving dinner
>mom asks if I want some PUH-KHAN pie
>tell her "I don't like the way augmented humans taste"
>she says "you think PUH-KHAN pie contains an actual, living breathing dictator?"
>"well doesn't it?"
>she laughs and starts a eugenics war

It's "buh-kahn" you illiterate dumb fucking yanks

so did you bang after that?

I doubt he knows specific Japanese words for cakes you sperg

so you stopped reading the post after the last line of the post? Seems reasonable

I thought it had alcohol in it?

I think he’s just joking since that spells tiramisu and is pronounced the same way

When I was 4 years old I woke up every night for a week and peed into the trash can in my bedroom. Eventually my mom found it and was shocked. She wasn't angry, but when she asked me why I did it I said I didn't know. My family aren't rednecks so they don't pronounce pecan as "PEE-can".

>instant coffee
Stopped reading there

>Seems reasonable
stopped reading there
>"PEE-can".
stopped reading there
>stopped reading there
stopped reading there

>>stopped reading there
>stopped reading there
stopped reading there

I'll never read anything again in my life

I have never read anythign in my entire life, including your post. I just randomly mash on my keyboard at all times and you just happen to live ina reality where it makes esne to you.

big if true

>deviled eggs
>nothing infernal about them

>lady fingers
>gender neutral, with no appendages

>Jerusalem artichoke
>doesn't come from Israel

>turkey
>doesn't come from the middle east

>ricotta cheese
i prefer a robust pepperjack

>cheese cake
>not made with cheese
these names are offputting to say the least
