Let's go, boys.
KAYS GOOD COOKING: Onion Rings
Do bongs really cook like this?
Only Kay, love.
youtube.com
I didn't know Kay did a carbonara. Now that looks authentic
Kay is the Earthly embodiment of authenticity. Praise Kay
Oh my
Had to laugh even though I can just afford to eat poverty tier food twice a day.
I think Kay's cooking might actually be a little better than that of a lot of these council house mums. Certainly more adventurous and varied.
What was that white sauce in the jar? Obviously not Carbonara.
Turns out jarred "carbonara" is a thing
give me a keto onion ring recipe. maybe you can use cauliflower rice as breading or something.
i want to bang kay thirty years ago so bad
I was looking this shit up out of curiosity and I guess you could use almond or coconut flour and season with pork rinds and Parmesan cheese.
isnt that shit still 70% carbs? whats the point? or is there something weird with it
MyFitnessPal says it's 2g of carbs per 30g of almond flour. It's 7g per 30g of wheat flour. Almond flour has a higher caloric value though, but that's because of the fats from the almond.
i dont mind fats, healthy as fuck.
i guess il check which flour has the lowest amount of carbs in existence.
no idea how to find out though.
This might be a good place to start. I'm kind of wondering myself since I'm trying to cut out more carbs out of my diet. I don't want to go Keto, but I want to limit my carbs to around 100g a day, more if I'm eating a lot of fibrous stuff.
