Whatever that bread stuff is, it looks like a vegan bean/mushroom version of black pudding, complete with typical vegan food dryness.
Hotdogs, mechanically removed American style, not respectable German/French/Italian etc style.
Dry beans, with either some weirdish looking meat or weird (but admittedly nice) looking mushrooms.
