Milk Recipes

I accidentally bought a quart of milk during my last grocery run thinking I'd use it for something. I haven't fucking opened it at all and it's gonna go back in about a week, all I got right now that I could possibly use it is a holiday season hot chocolate mix my sister gave me to use that's supposed to be mixed with water, but even if I made that I'd still have well over half the carton left, and I fucking hate drinking milk anyways so that's not an option.
What are some quick and dirty foods I can buy/make using half a quart of milk before it goes bad? No hamburger helper or the like, fuck that shit.

mac and cheese

Biscuits and gravy

Eggnog ya dingus.

>quart

Literally what in the literal fuck are these dumb measurements?

>it's gonna go back in about a week

What's the problem, then?

Quart as in a quarter of a gallon.

I meant to say it's gonna go bad, it's been sitting in the fridge untouched for a couple weeks because when I bought it I was thinking of baking something, but now I'm just too lazy and cold to do that.

2 glassed of milk with pb&j or spicy meal

2 bowls of cereal

boom its done

>2 glassed of milk with pb&j or spicy meal

lmao what kind of soyboy necks a whole pint of milk in one sitting

potato motherfucking soup

...

1 glass of milk ~ 1 cup

1 bowl of cereal ~ 1 cup

This actually sounds like a good idea, though I've never really did a soup that uses milk/cream before. Point me to a recipe if you got one in mind

Just pour it in a fucking glass and drink it.

You should be drinking a gallon a day you manlet.

Freeze it, milk will stay good for at least a year that way.
A good way is to pour it into ziplock bags and freeze it that way, that way you don't have to wait for the whole container to thaw if you just need a cup for a recipe.

milkmen are the opposite of soyboys

No they aren't, dairy fairy

Looking at longitudinal all cause mortality, there doesn't appear to be a significant link between milk consumption and mortality:
ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5143456/

Picking at a single disease can make any dietary choice look good or bad.
As for the role of milk on hormones, only one study(the japanese 2010 study) suggests a significant effect on hormones in a short(less than 2 hours) period. Most of the rest of the studies are just hypotheses from a group of chinese researchers.

The japanese 2010 study doesn't quantify the size of the effect, so I can't comment on it, and i'm not paying 6 bucks to settle an argument. In animal models, there's not a good indication that milk consumption affects hormone levels:
elsevier.com/about/press-releases/research-and-journals/consumption-of-natural-estrogens-in-cows-milk-does-not-affect-blood-levels-or-reproductive-health

Furthermore, if you're really worried about fat soluble hormones, you should just drink skim milk.

Furthermore milk consumption was only linked to a 9% relative risk of prostate cancer comparing milk consumption of the lowest consumers and the highest consumers:

I always heard milk is linked to colorectal cancer because of homogenization and breaking down the fat globules to a size where they are more readily absorbed by the intestines/colon. Do you know about that?
