looks like a mess. a changing of the formula with no advantages

Dumb. The seaweed looks like it hasn’t been completely moistened. It’s going to give off an unsavory texture.
Other than that, its retarded, yet edible.

Prefer sushi pizza desu senpai

Ass

why not use raw fish patty?

ice will crumbly out, sea weed will be still to hard to be pleasant, ingredients can't be biten off without casing everything to deconstruct in your hands
Stupid. At least krauts understand engineering.

this stuff is disgusting, bought it once by accident

>sushi, a food with centuries of perfecting the craft of packing seafood into compact rice rolls
>nah lets just put that shit in burger form lol

>>sushi, a food with centuries of perfecting the craft of putting raw fish on rice

Pointless hipster trash like most fusion """cuisine"""

Why did you go out of your way to make a shitty tumblr gif that can't even be posted on tumblr

how in the FUCK would you eat this without all the rice and fish falling everywhere

You don't eat it.
You just take a picture of it with your phone and share it on Instagram.

looks like it will fall apart as soon as I touch it

something something
kill yourself

Rice doesn't fit into a ketogenic diet. Also, diabeetus.

I tried pic related once and it worked quite well.
so I't assume you could also make it work wiht a "sushi" burger.

I think we should make sushi chimichangas

wait I don't get it, is it a pizza burger or a hot dog burger?

Looks awful and super messy

What's your opinion on sweet potato sushi?

Who rolls "sushi" that shitty and then thinks that this crap is worth posting on social media?
My first attempts at sushi were better.
And by better, I mean they looked terrible, but still way better formed than this crap.

Burger requires more effort than Sushi ever will. The only thing that seperates a gas station sushi and high end sushi is the ingredients. It's like a butcher charging you $400 for a cut of steak because he butchered it well.

Pick one

hard pass

I am the manager of a restaurant that serves pretty much exactly this.
We are the only one of our kind where I live and we are trying to expand.
Pic is one of our burgers.

Probably pretty good. I also like sushi burritos.

>hipster

I had my first sushi-rice bun burger @mos burger lol

>22 usd for some rice and veggies

That's SK Won, not JP Yen. That's like $2-$3

did you fucking slip n slide through the check out? how do you accidentally make a purchase?

That's so far from sushi that I don't even see the point. Why not order a normal sandwich? At least then my buns won't fall apart as I eat them. Is that even fish in there? It looks like fried chicken or something.

stupid. if you don't do a roll just do a bowl or something.

Is that fried fish? Also the lettuce is kind of ruining it.

We make the rice in such a way that it doesn't fall apart and holds together after each bite.
We also make little boxes that hold the burger sideways.
That is our chicken katsu burger.
We also have korean hotpot style pork, Teriyaki beef, and we are planning on adding a prawn burger to the menu.

It seems like just a poorly constructed onigiri.

And these look like poorly concieved and porrly constructed onigiri made by koreans.

I'm betting this is the fault of vegans who don't know what the word sushi means to begin with.

But why are the buns rice? You made a chicken sandwich, and replaced the buns with rice patties. All of those could be made with normal buns. Explain this to me please.

>chicken katsu
but that's not sushi.

Why aren't you posting the sushi burger?

And get that fucking lettuce off there.

>He eats his food
Lmao

I have no idea man, all I know is that it is making us over $1000 a day.

Why have you not posted this supposed sushi burger??

It's closer to katsudon than a sandwich.

What's the meat suppose to be?

mos burger have been doing it for years user.
