Whats your favorite type of cold cuts to buy?

>in a country where ham is the only available cold cut
Feels bad.
Before I left America my favorite was Boar's Head Everroast Chicken.

Unironically Liverwurst.

My cat likes it too.

We have loads of options here, but we keep going back to ham. It's good stuff. Especially smoked.

Boars Head regular chicken or spicy is the way to go for hoagies

a ham a day keeps the muslam away

Ham is the most versatile of the cold cuts, but it's hard to beat a turkey and swiss sandwich with dijon in a croissant.

above an open fire. always.

if you don't have a bbq conveniently ready, 2nd best option is simple cast iron pan.

This answer totally makes sense to the OP's question.

Anyone else weirded out by cold cuts? How does it get that shape? Turkey breast are not shaped like balls. Roast does not come in rectangles. WTF is this

Where do you live that only ham is available?

Hamland

>water added

Search for "how its made cold cuts" on youtube

Lebanon bologna or Dutch loaf. I like cold cuts in general but those two are the kings.

Hamburg

if you were a true philadelphian you'd use dietz and watson and enjoy the disgustingly slimy ham and turkey

>Gabagool

They take scraps, add meat glue, and compress into a ball

>boars dick head
into the trash it goes

Ham, easily. By volume, it's ham. Roast beef, turkey, salami, pastrami are all good, but ham is the go-to for a sandwich.

Israel

pastrami

Boars head jerk chicken with their peppercorn mayo and some dijon is to die for

Head cheese. Goes great with mustard.

Pastourma (the Greek and the Turkish and the Armenian variety)
