Why is fast food considered bad? Why is eating 2 chicken hard shell tacos or 10 piece nuggets worse than eating a plate of spaghetti and ground beef or rice and chicken?

Fast food is very processed and has shit added to it to make it last longer, look better (colour), etc.
The very idea of fast food is to be fast, cheap and delicious, so health is at the bottom of its priorities and therefore they can and will disregard it. Cheap ingredients are often less healthy because they cut corners in any way they can to take the price down.

And ofc as already mentioned, they are fatty, usually because they depend on being one or more of: deep fried, covered in cheese or covered in some fatty and/or sugary sauce.
