I've always enjoyed Vegemite and cheese on toast or promite and cheese on toast.
My wife is Asian so unknowingly she did something I'd never have combined and that was Vegemite, avocado and cheese on toast. I was so surprised it didn't ruin the avocado flavour but in stead it all went really well together.
