pretty strange specific restriction, are you also not allowed to buy tongs?

So what you mean is you’re baking some wings?

HAHAHAHA I hope this thread gets archived.

Has anybody tried making one of these DIY smokers?
I want to try one and I thought wings might be an okay choice to try it out, because I don't want to waste a big slab of meat.
Or are wings no good smoked?

Large amonts of oil, handgns, and knives larger than my palm are illegal for me to get also I see my parole officer once a week and he helps me ot with some of the limitations

How do I make a parmesean based wing sace that is still spicy?

NO U

Mix in cayenne, or depending on the consistency of your sauce you could finely dice jalapenos and mix them in

Wings are pretty fatty, I feel like you're asking for a fire if you try to smoke them.

You could just chuck some parmesan in with hotsauce and butter

...

This is fucking unsettling.

I try not to judge but Miracle Whip?

This sriracha honey sauce has always been a hit for me.

too much prep for me. I get great results by just putting the wings skin-side up on a greased sheet pan and throwing in the oven at 425f for 45 minutes without flipping - if you flip then the skin tears. Wing meat is semi-dark and retains it's moisture well, the high heat crisps the skin without you needing to pat it dry or dry out overnight. I've served it to various friends and family, they're all like "mm these are good chicken wings"

MORTAAAAAAAAAARR
TAKE COVEEEEERRR

How do Koreans make their chicken wings so fucking good? I mostly hate chicken wings but when it comes to the kinds they make in the Korean bars, I'll eat every chicken wing on the planet if you don't stop me.
