Got some lovely Hake fillets from the fishmonger today. What's the best way to cook them?

I was thinking en papillote with lemon and dill but I'd like to hear other suggestions!

It's a really nice meaty fish. I'm just bad at cooking it...

Hake is actually pretty good. All fish are fucking ugly. Ever seen a mahi mahi? Cod? Eel? Catfish? Flounder? Sole? It's all fucking hideous. Tastes great though.

So...is this a good way to cook hake or not?

This. I only eat cute critters like milking lambs and piglets and bunny rabbits.

So I doubt anyone cares but here's the end product. Did it in a little parcel with dill, spinach, garlic and lemon juice.

Had it with some mashed cauliflower (trying to loose weight)
