Eat what you normally eat then have one of these on top. Pretty simple

Hot wings deep fried are a good way to mass up calories.
Buy some wings at the store, Seperate them with a sharp knife, fry in a pot of vegetable oil for 8-12 min
Simmer hot sauce and melted butter in another pot, dip wings into buffalo sauce

Each wing is about 350 calories
Serve with bacon cheese fries for more

About 150 calories in wings
But 20 wings is still 3000 calories
