i went to three different locations to test out consistency: two places did it perfectly (crunchy outside and soft in the middle). one place though was limp like mcdonalds fries. no crunch whatsoever.

They put so little in my carton that I still had half the nacho cheese left. That and there was no seasoning on them. Tasted like Wendy's fries.
