I'd like some quick diet advice. I'm 5'5", 135lbs, 22yo
I'm very methodical, so I eat literally the same meals every single day.
Breakfast: >3 eggs >2 halfs sour dough english muffin, one buttered, one with peanut-butter. >A glass of orange juice >Mug of coffee (Maxwell House Instant cuz I'm poor af)
Lunch: >1 orange I Usually just eat snacks, instant burritos, or toast, but always one orange.
Dinner: >Burrito (which always consists of home cooked chicken breast, pepper-jack cheese, pickles and jalapenos. + mayo and mustard) >And/Or a can of soup
I want to start getting healthy. I'm in my senior semester of college, so that hasn't been the priority these past few years. My health has declined a lot lately, to the point of sending me to the hospital after I passed out from lack of nutrients. (magnesium was neigh non existent) Sense then I've been trying to eat more, and recently got into the habit of eating three meals a day, so that's good. I've also started exercising every day, for about 20 minutes for starters.
How should I modify my diet from here? Should I add or remove things? What am I missing from my diet?
> I eat literally the same meals every single day Mixing it up a bit has gotta help. Vary your meals.
> (magnesium was neigh non existent) At least for the short term you can start taking magnesium supplements to help with this.

Oh, excuse me for perusing an education, taking 17 credits and working a job, whilst trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle. But sure, call me an autistic man-child, that's helpful.
Nathan Sullivan
Thank you, this is helpful advice. I'll try that. I'll buy some Daily One vites, hopefully that will do the trick.

>Burrito >(which always consists of home cooked chicken breast, pepper-jack cheese, pickles and jalapenos. + mayo and mustard
Joseph Howard
lol, beans make me gassy and cheddar is gross, so I've created something that shouldn't even be called a burrito.
Oliver Miller
>perusing an education it's "pursuing", Mr. College Senior.
Joshua Gomez
Commas go inside quotes, kid.
Adam Sullivan
Get some mushrooms in there, boy. They've got a lot of amino acids you don't run across as often.
Adrian Baker
>5'5"
Owen Reed
Oooh, actually that might be nice in my "burrito." Thanks.
Caleb Powell
>Commas go inside quotes Only in the US, Mr. College Senior. I am not in the US. Neither am I a native speaker, and I still have to educate you on the proper use of your own language. The absolute state of the US educational system ... and you can't even feed yourself properly, either.
Bentley Perry
That's a perfectly respectable hig- oh. Well someone's a try hard.
Carter Bailey
>improper use of ellipses Uh oh.
Robert Price
Wow, someone forgot to take their meds this morning. I don't think a simple typo correction counts as an education. lol Glad I could help you out though. You go kid, you're intelligent. Soooo much better than the looser trying to better himself who made a typo xD
Nathaniel James
>a simple typo correction LOL!
Angel Cooper
>looser *loser Retard.
Samuel Watson
You explained the two least offensive traits of that thing. Now explain the mayo, mustard, and pickles, and why you call that atrocity a burrito and not a wrap.
cut down on bread and processed carbs. Eat a ton of veggies, and enough meat, lift 3x per week, full body training
Benjamin Thompson
Awesome, thanks for the advice. You've been helpful. Well, most of you anyway. There seems to be a try-hard in here.
Matthew Kelly
I'll impart some more advice. kys tripfag

make a large salad big enough to last 2 days eat it with your lunch and dinner. make three different salads per week, have one chill salad free day of your choice
salad 1. coleslaw shred cabbage, carrots, celery mix with yogurt, mustard, horseradish, salt and pepper for a nice dressing
salad 3. garden salad lettuce/greens, any left over vegetables from the week, shredded carots, tomate, cucumber, nuts seeds,
homemade dressing a mix of either of the two dressings is nice. tip: don't mix the salad with the dressing until you serve it and it will last much longer in a container in your fridge
have fun, gain nutrients
Robert Cook
>5'5" >135 lbs
