The white sauce, if it's what I think it is, is this.

3 heads of garlic cloves, peeled
1tsp salt
4 cups canola, corn, vegetable oil, don't use olive oil.
1/4 cup lemon juice

puree garlic and salt in food processor.
Slowly drizzle in the oil and the lemon juice, alternating between the two
half cup of oil, then a tsp of juice, oil, juice, and so on.
You know it's done when it looks kinda like mayo. About 10 mins.

The white sauce is honestly usually just mayonnaise, yoghurt, a little oil, garlic powder and maybe some dried mixed herbs.
