Diet thread

What kind of diet are you on currently? Any self-imposed restrictions? Any foods that make you feel great/shit?

Lately I've been experimenting with keto to see if it helps clear my mind and lose water weight but honestly can't feel any difference after a week. Coffee doesn't seem to affect me either, so my body might just be unresponsive. Only food that seems to affect me with certainty is I fart if I drink milk.

I been doing keto for a month and got some results, my workouts got slightly affected by it but overall I perform around the same as I did with a normal maintenance diet, tho I get mad hungry from time to time

A lot of dairy is not keto. Way too much sugar. You also cannot experiment with Keto. You either condition yourself to prefer burning fat, or it favors carbs and stores fat.

The seafood diet...

I see food and I eat it haha!

I wasn't drinking dairy much at all, it was just a sidenote about the only food that is guaranteed to affect me. By experiment I meant I did it straight for the past week+, not on/off.

Intermittent fasting vegan keto

I'm the only member of my family not morbidly obese

i eat pretty much just tropical fruits, low fat milk, oj, coke classic, coffee, beef some root veg, haribo gummies, dark chocolate and butter and mushrooms.

That's funny. I've tried keto veganism for laughs before. Do you eat tofu for protein? I couldn't figure out any other source.

I save all of my sugars for cheese and rarely a small amount of bread. I eat a couple pounds of various meats a day though

It takes 3 months for a diet to take any effect on your body, only exception being weight or extreme diets, like fasting or constant binging
