Making pizza from scratch again tonight, the sauce is simmering and the dough is just about done rising
User’s Pizza
Looks a little wet but im sure its ok
Yay
>the sauce is simmering
do you know you are supposed to use raw tomato
i made it with tomato sauce, tomato paste, celery, garlic, onions, and Parmesan fk off
the parts of the world where it is "tonight" right now are the only parts of the world that have no buisness making pizza
it's ok but dont put it on a pizza you inbreed
>I made this sauce using pre-made sauce
ebin
ty lad
Yeast makes all that is good in life
A lil thin in the middle ah well
that looks like the sloppy shit i took this morning
did you flatten it out with a hammer? where's the thicker piece for the crust? also its supposed to be circular shaped
I used my car tire to flatten it
that's not a good tool for that
pretty clean tire tho nice care you have for them
thanks, its actually the secret to every good pizza dough
I am very drunk but this is lookin like my best one yet
The sauce is a lil too sweet though
i see
waiting for cooked results
Oops
Salt is pretty cool
Fresh mozz from the dairy
Looks nice i guess, the mozzarella isn’t as fresh as I like it though
wheres the finished results retardd
you must be special kind of retard to think that was fresh
thanks, i asked the diary dude if they had fresh mozzarella and he gave me low moisture shit. LIKE wtf
you should shot him
which is your cue to hand it back and say 'i asked for fresh'
my social anxiety prevents me from such remarks
image captchas are hard as shit
Smells good at least
do a shot of the bottom
Its as good as it looks honestly
Could be more crispy, but my oven doesnt get super hot
i think the grease from the toppings overflowed and made it problematic to make a crust
leave a bit more next time
you can try adding whole wheat bread flour in varying ratios until you get the right crispy crust you want
I'll try that next time, thanks
Looks good OP although if the sauce was sweet I probably wouldn't be thrilled. What was the basic dough recipe?
I'm not expert I made crappy pizza last night. But from what I read it was because I used nothing but bread flour instead of the all purpose stuff. The more fiber and glutens you add to the dough the more crunchy it becomes.
1 1/2 warm water
2 tablespoons yeast
1 1/2 tablespoon salt
3 1/2 cups of flour -> add about 1 cup while you're kneading the dough
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoons olive oil
