I wish grapefruit tasted as good as it looks. It's fine as a complementary part of something, like in salad, and I like Fresca, but eating it by itself is no bueno for me.

Try a bit of sugar on top.

The balanced bittersweet that grapefruit provides is perfect, for me at least. Some people have luck adding some sweetening agent like sugar or honey, but I think it's great as-is.
