I tried this vegan half and half in my coffee today. It was pretty good. I had bland oatmeal with cinnamon, hemp hearts and ground flax. For lunch I had tomatoes. For dinner I over ate with red thai pumpkin curry w/ tofu. Also had summer rolls and peanut sauce. Dem macros fucked today

What is the appeal of naming a vegetarian food after a meat based food, it seems redundant

isn't lacto-ovo the most common form of vegetarianism? Cutting those out pretty much puts you in vegan territory.

I keep losing weight despite eating a lot. getting sick etc. maybe vegetarian is not for me

microwave burger, one of the really fancy ones. pretty good. i might have a microwave potato stuffer. it's high end too. probably be ok.

Had a banana, an avocado, homemade chili with black beans, lentils, red beans, chickpeas, corn, onion plus a whole wheat bun and vegan margarine, then some nutz, and a big plate of nachos for dinner with leftover chili, vegan (soy-free) cheese, two roma tomatoes, half red pepper, half green pepper, bunch of green onions, half a red onion, jalapeno pepper with vegan sour cream dip.
