Whats better; wholegrain bread or wholemeal. I always get wholegrain, but others say wholemeal is better for you
Also, why the sandwich. The egg and toast should be enough. Maybe two eggs and two slices and a banana. Thats what I usually have
I made these because i had leftover bananas that were starting to get brown.
-2 bananas
-old fashioned oats
-vanilla extract
-baking powder
-blueberries
-egg
Threw it all in the mixer and baked in a muffin tin. Bretty good. I eat two in the morning.
I ain't gonna be full with only that

I got my eggs, I got my toast, I got my fried black forest ham (shaved of course), I got my light drizzle of hot sauce, I got black coffee on the right, I got freshly squeezed orange juice on the left.

A cup of black pur over coffee, 1/2 cup of oatmeal and flax, a cup of kefir, and because im extra hungry today im going to have some smoked sardines

I'm ready for the day
I eat this pretty much daily. The green mash is avocado with hot pepper sauce and lemon cordial, poached eggs and spinach on seeded bread. I make this for breakfast in my office errday.

2 boiled eggs on an avacado toast sandwich if I have enough time
just muesli otherwise
