The easiest solution is quite simple: taxation of the richer (actually, a ladder of taxation that goes greater and greater as it goes up) and application of the money on services such as education, health and leisure for the majority of the population that cannot afford it. Teachers, for example, should had great salaries and be viewed as top members of society, and the competition to fill such positions should be extremely demanding, allowing only the best to earn the right to teach (hence the need of great salaries and prestige – people needed to fight madly for such great positions).
The only reason this model is not applied – since it is obviously the logical thing to do – is because the politicians who have the power over legislation and reforms would never be on their sits if it weren’t for the rich, and the rich would never sacrifice the enormous amount of extra money that they have for the sake of the wellbeing of the majority of population.
