No, Veeky Forums has both the oldest and youngest of posters out of all chans. Lots of chans (or rather certain popular boards on them) amount to ideological echo-chambers for certain majority-youth subcultures. Veeky Forums is the largest and most diverse. Only place that *may* have the oldest people is wizardchan, specifically /wiz/, but I don't think you want to go there.
I find Veeky Forums to have the most conflicting views and interests, so I tend to browse here the most.

I'd say Rupi Kaur. Bot of their art is very simple and both of them are popular among certain young people but hated by people who like "real hip-hop" poetry. That being said, I think Lil Pump has more merit than Kaur.
