Here's a recipe because I'm bored and hungry.
1. Prepare and cut everything.
2. Mix 2bsp soy sauce 1tbsp starch 1tbsp vinegar mustard sugar salt pepper garlic ginger onion in a bowl.
3. Mix that with 1 chicken breast sliced in strips.
4. Prepare the vegetables: broccoli, cabbage, bell pepper, leek, red onions, mushrooms of choice, ginger, garlic etc
5. Heat up the pan or wok to the highest temperature possible, put the rice with herbs in the pot and add 2 times as much water. Simmer the rice for 10-12 minutes and then let it rest for 5.
6. Sear and fry the meat. Let it sit for a minute and don't move it around too much. Do the same for the vegetables. Don't put too much in at a time, fry one batch and set it aside on a plate.
7. Remember to cover all the vegetables in oil and salt.
8. Reheat the meat and add the fried legumes. Serve fresh over rice.
