ITT: Female authors who are superior to their male counterparts

I can't tell if that's a female or not

Philosophers have counterparts? Like there's a female version for every male philosopher?

Anyways, have a qt mommy philosopher Julia Kristeva.

one hour later. . . .

Arendt > Heidegger

According to op, yes.

But really, who cares what op says?

literally no one

I prefer Plath to Hughes

That's the first sign of potential in a female philosopher.

Meh, I don't know how to feel about Alenka. She is superior to Zizek at least in the sense that she's interested in Nietzsche and Deleuze in a way that Zizek isn't, but she's boring and rarely says anything new or interesting. Evidence to the contrary gladly accepted.

At least, for example, Catherine Malabou tries to connect philosophy with the sciences in a direct concept by concept way, which although isn't a new approach, is something that not many continentals do these days.
