Worcestershire sauce

I have no idea what the "natural ingredients" are. I like sardeens so I doubt it's anchovies. Wonder what the heck Tamarind extract tastes like?

It's pretty much tasteless except being sour.

it's nice, but doesn't exactly fit on everything

My dog loves it on his food

It goes on things where soy works but you want something else than soy

not him, but I use it instead of fish sauce.

It works well on minced beef prior cooking
Would not put that shit over my food on the plate

It’s amazing with pulled beef.

I tend to use it on fish, seafood and bell pepper-based sauces

Not really. One is mild and salty while the other is bold and savory. There are many things where one or the other could be applicable, but soy sauce and worchestershire aren't interchangeable
