No he didn’t. She was a fraudster masquerading as a moral paragon who was in bed financially with an array of horrible people.
Also, he stuck pretty firmly to his Marxist principles but admitted towards the end of his life that his Trotskyist coloured version of socialism eroded somewhat. I hate that he’s known as a figurehead for the new-atheist movement when his essays and polemics are fantastic to read.
