i don't like fresh tomato on pizza for the same reason i don't like pineapple. the high moisture causes the cheese to coagulate prematurely, making it like eating cold pizza.

also, use some real olives. canned black olives are the bottom of the barrel.

Anchovies are the GOAT, but the best pairing is with spinach. The spinach will "soak up" the excess saltiness since its essentially the anti-anchovy making it more balanced.

Well normally I would agree with you and loath the idea of ranch on pizza. But I almost feel that buffalo chicken on a pizza s the one place where it is acceptable. You can't eat buffalo without ranch.
