I came here since this is objectively smartest board on chan.
How do I prepare for the language exam in 3 months? I have taken the mock exam and got 60 points out of 100. I can speak and read some simple texts, understand basic grammar and can speak about basic topics, but how do I improve from 60 points to 90?
I'm already studying flash cards via Anki for half an hour and listen to podcasts for at least 20 minutes on a daily basis. But it all feels like I hit a psychological barrier in my learning and I can't advance further

You don't even say which language you're talking about.

Join a class, best decision I've made about language learning. Self-study is suuuuuper slow and it's easy to fall off the wagon.
(There are JLPT specific preparation classes too in most cities)

Man, I used to eat those all the time in High School. I grabbed one recently from the vending machine at my work and it was like eating pure raw sugar. I don't know how I used to tolerate that shit, let alone LOVE it.
