You actually have to climb up several sets of stairs to get inside and they don't have a ramp. It's fat-proof, one of the reasons it chosen as the meet-up spot.

We were at Russia House for something like 2-3 hours I think, we ended up leaving between 7:30-8:30 and then got into some other shenanigans around the city until the remaining people went home until 2 or 3.
