They're usually never about the main characters and could almost be their own original stories. The problem is these people could get paid for their writing and a lot of the time that's what they do instead. Because why expend all that time and effort into making something not-shit for free? Same goes for anyother team comp with just one support. Dual support teams are very strong in my experience.
Zen isn't for everyone and while he doesn't have the highest heals he makes up for it in utility with his discord orb and huge range. His ult is great for denying enemy ults too

Depending on what sees more viable given the responsiveness of my team and the size of the group flanking us, I either fly up to the frontmost teammate and use my new position to fire backwards as a warning before resuming buffs/healing, or I weigh the possibilities of firing off a few rounds and taking down a single wounded tracer alone and not bothering the team as a whole
Reminder the only penalty for leaving is a hit to EXP which does absolutely nothing in the first place
