You have to become as much like Nana as humanly possible. Only then can you master it.

Buy me cute kigurumi and I'll do it. I'm already past my prime, desperate not to grow older, and well acquainted with booze.
Dominic Morgan
Ok I like how we get ML scans but is anyone ever going to translate it?
Bentley Mitchell
The last few were translated, but nobody's typesetting.
Xavier Torres
BELIEVE IN CHIE BELIEVE.
Nathan Robinson
I'M SAD
Owen Peterson
How would you fare as your favorite idol's English tutor?
Jackson Richardson
Mocho can cheer you up.
Jackson Carter
even when isn't my native language?
Tyler Thomas
Those are just screenshots from the in-game previews, it's still missing most of the chapter.
Anyway, the guy said he is going to do it after SM so just be patient.
It's not my first language, so probably not good enough.
Liam Allen
GLADNESS IMPRSIONING ME
Elijah Parker
I can go back to typesetting but I swore I saw someone doing it (or at least posted random pages of a chapter I hadn't done) so I stopped working on it entirely.
Hunter Miller
Ayumu will never learn english.
Levi Moore
I'm going to marry this idol!
Connor Wright
Good enough, I suppose.
Andrew Cox
...
Jonathan Ward
Some guy said he would do it but then dropped it entirely right after saying so.
It would be really appreciated if you could pick it back.
Dominic Cooper
poorly because I'd keep getting distracted by my own lewd thoughts.
Leo Price
I would just learn Japanese for her instead.
Elijah Thompson
>I can go back to typesetting Please do, but I think we didn't even get TLs for most chapters.
Grayson Perez
...
Benjamin Evans
Ah. Then I'll do it again, once I catch up with scans. I guess I'll have to pick Mana back up too, since no one seems to be interested in doing that either. Also were the backstage chapters ever QC'd? It was the only thing stopping me from typesetting that too.
Asher Bennett
...
Nolan Edwards
She has cute thighs. You're going to have a good marriage.
Enjoying that hair.
Ethan Thomas
>The preview of Miho's "Sora to Kaze to Koi no Waltz"
The previous Starlight Master Solos have at least been relatively similar in style to their Cinderella Masters.
But this is really a huge jump from Naked Romance.
What's next? Chieri and Karen begin singing rock ballads for their Starlight Master?
Anthony Walker
Oh, hey. The Sachiko and Ranko phat scales are getting re-released with a release date in January (Tl Note that means April)
Aiden Evans
The difference in quality and care between ML and CG manga is humongous and sad. Sad because no matter how shitty and rushed the art is CG kiddies will eat it up, it's a shame Scamco hit it this big with such disappointing franchise.
Kayden Hall
If any buyfags really wanted to get the expensive 1/8 scale Ranko and Sachiko figures from Phat with the big-ass platform bases but missed out, now's your second chance; GSC is issuing a re-release on them, and pre-orders are now live.
As it was originally, orders from the GSC Online Shop will include an exclusive rubber Minicchu strap as a bonus.
I'm personally super-excited to no longer consider spending almost $250 second-hand for the Ranko figure.
Liam Scott
The latest scripts for everything should be in the ML translation pastebin. I don't remember if all of them were QC'd, though.
Dylan Morris
Puchis?
Isaac Johnson
>been relatively similar in style to their Cinderella Masters Are you sure about that?
>What's next? Chieri and Karen begin singing rock ballads for their Starlight Master? Karen could do it. I wouldn't mind at all.
Jonathan Martin
It's not my native language and I learned most of it from music, games and movies, so I don't actually know any grammar rules. I wouldn't be a good teacher, but I would help my daughter in any way possible.
Luis Butler
YEAHHHHHH
Ayden Cox
So what exactly is dissapointing about it?
Connor Reed
What are their names and skills?
Christopher Ramirez
I want to spend all my jewels so I can finally switch devices. Rina SSR when?
Matthew Green
ML's artist is quite fucking good. I have yet to see a good work of CG's mangaka.
Jacob Cox
Shuffle and Ensemble were good CG manga. But you've got a point about the adaptation of the 2015 anime.
Ayden Baker
The Takumi manga has pretty good art. Mana, Monji and Takumi mangaka(I don't know his/her name) have the best artstyle amongst the iM@s mangaka. Akane's art is the cutest.
Mason Gutierrez
Brain Problems Pity (o・∇・o)
David Scott
Fuck yes Kittyzawa. Tomoka stop humping that pig.
Noah Richardson
Chieri might seriously get some Techno DJ music at this point. Or maybe a drum heavy song.
im@s manga are a hit or miss. That isn't really the fault of the franchise but more of the fault of the mangaka. There are plenty of notoriously bad 765 manga like Break, Nemurihime and Relations. Likewise, there are plenty of well received and long-lived CG manga like Ensemble but people here don't circlejerk about it as much as some people here do to the ML manga does. There is the also Wild Wind Girl Manga which is turning out to be nice so far.
But sure, let's turn this into a let's shit on CG kiddies episode. Just to show how insecure you are about it's presence.
Wyatt Wood
I agree about the art quality but literally who cares about Takumi's manga though, I still don't understand why it was greenlit.
Jordan Walker
I have a firm grasp of understanding the English language and all the odd things that don't make sense in it, but my only problem is that I'm not good at explaining things. At least I can speak in a clear General American accent, which is funny, considering this state I live in is still pretty heavy in Southern accents.
Ian Jackson
>Mana, Monji and Takumi mangaka(I don't know his/her name) have the best artstyle amongst the iM@s mangaka.
I always thought the three of them were style-imitating some central Imas design or something since they seem to share certain stylistic elements in their drawings.
William Gomez
>I don't like this thing so no one else does either! Are you really this immature or are you pretending? I can't tell anymore in these threads.
Logan Smith
>notoriously bad 765 manga like Break
Connor Russell
>they seem to share certain stylistic elements in their drawings. Their styles look really different from each other.
Justin Carter
...
Owen Watson
Bre@k is in the so bad it's good category. But It's bad nonetheless.
Nemurihime is just plain bad. Although we did get the legendary Chihaya pasta out of it, so at least there's that.
Relations is weird. It's a quagmire of things I'm not really sure what to make out of. It's certainly something, but it's not something good.
Matthew Ramirez
It's been doing a pretty good job of giving exposure to the more recently voiced idols and fleshing them out in a more solidified setting compared to the games. One would venture to guess that as the reason, especially with the IdolDex entries that follow every chapter.
Xavier Gutierrez
>Although we did get the legendary Chihaya pasta out of it, so at least there's that. And the gaps. Don't forget the gaps.
Lincoln Bennett
No, there's a lot of shit manga out there. I know that. However, I will debate until the day I die though that BRE@K is the finest crowning achievement of the entire iDOLM@STER franchise.
Juan Anderson
Saite jeweru jeweru
Landon Morris
Do the jews fear the Tachibana?
Aaron Rogers
The song would have been 10 times better if Arisu didn't have a part in it.
David King
Well, although theirs is probably pretty decent already.
Parker Morgan
And this thread would be 50 times better if you weren't part of it. But we can't always have what we want.
Even if you like Arisu, you have to admit her singing voice is rather poor.
Colton Richardson
Glad I can get a Honoka something, at least. Probably get everything that has a square in it. Really wish Honoka was the keychain though.
Robert Campbell
That style of infodump for characters isn't really that uncommon for certain styles of manga. Not really an Idoldex kind of thing as much as it just par for the course info.
That's a weird way to spell Xenoglossia
Leo Watson
Chihiro + Kotori spin-off when
David Price
I can help with the copy/proofing if necessary, if someone can identify what exactly needs attention.
Ryan Hernandez
Yes, and I will be looking to get those since she doesn't have very many.
Brody Ramirez
>Chie
yes, relevant in her own way
Daniel Miller
She's a kid. Surprise! Kids in real life aren't always top-notch vocalists either.
Ranko's there, at least. Too bad cakes other than Kaede and Nana don't really get anything. No, Nana is not 17 dammit
I'll admit, it took me a while to get used to her singing voice, especially having been used to a more "normal" voice from her VA before. But I feel it's just fine now. Especially considering Arisu's age, it fits.
Levi Ramirez
Yes, and that wouldn't necessarily mean anything if she's supposed to sing in-character when performing/recording as Arisu. A lot of iM@S VAs sound different when they're not doing in-character acting/singing.
Joseph Richardson
It's not like she had to sing in a kid's voice back then.
That's why I said share stylistic elements and not share styles. More specifically I was referring to the general toning, line thicknesses, and hair detailing.
Brandon Roberts
Most AKBs aren't even good singers to begin with.
Grayson Thompson
Kind reminder that iM@S songs aren't supposed to be technical marvels. They're supposed to be extensions of the character singing them. Sometimes that means the song isn't that "good" but that's okay as long as it resonates with the people who like that idol.
Isaac Jenkins
I think she's decent enough, but I might be biased. But then who isn't.
Evan Kelly
They're songs. If I don't like a song, I have the right to judge it. If someone likes the song I dislike, they have the right to disagree with me, and vice versa.
Henry Young
It doesn't even have to resonate to those who like the characters. It just has to actually fit the characters. Nina singing well enough to do ballads wouldn't make sense. Same with Yuki. It's about the character themselves, and while it's fine that some people don't like it, it doesn't make it "shit" either.
Cameron Turner
>Akane merch >Fred merch >Shiki merch I need this
Sebastian Howard
Yeah!
Jonathan Moore
And then there are some songs where the singers apparently sing like shit on purpose despite their other songs while acting in-character of the same character are perfectly nice and well.
Nicholas Roberts
Why does Roco get three pairs of glasses?
Jackson Cooper
"Resonate" as in the fans of the idol feel that it fits the idol and is /her/ song.
