I'd say for 400 you would almost need the 3071, unless you can run e85 I think a 2871 would struggle to flow enough for 400hp.

only one e85 gas station near me & its 40mins away. but do plan on going meth injection with 93 pump gas for high boost on whatever turbo i get for keeping my engine happy/alive longer
