City speeding

'city' is a very broad term as said.

I went 110 kph on a 20 road at mid day on a clear street after a traffic light.

I've never driven in a city, but the fastest I've gone in a human settlement was 65 in a 25 through the village down the road from me.

Blew right by a sheriff too, luckily the cops here don't give a shit

About 40MPH.

I don't live near a city, so the closest one is London. And nothing ever moves in London.
