I'm a Yuro, and I literally saw a C7 Z06 yesterday at my bus stop. All black, convertible, Z07 aero package, manual gearbox. Driven by a balding guy and his trophy wife - so probably not a press car. German plates, it'd have cost 140K.
It's still possible to get a Corvette, and an expensive one at that. Close friend of mine had a GS C6 - basic ones are quite attainable.
