Quick question before I fuck up my slaps, can you apply them using the wet method? Or is that just for cut vinyl?

Use wd40 for slaps. Comes out super smooth and bubble free

I haven't, but it should work, yeah. It's just typically used for larger products but there's not reason it wouldn't work for these.
