This is like a pyromaniac with a can of gas denying he burned the forest.

I'm actually making a weeb team that needs basic anime gril heads if you're interested.

Can you show me the roster? It may give some ideas for player models, basic or not

How do you import models from CM3D2? I always seem to make a mess of it. Do you put all the texture in the hair_parts_col.dds, then move the meshes to that, merge the objects and dump them in hair_2?

Yes

/metallurgy/'s aesthetics were entirely made with CM3D2, so you can check that for an example

Don't want the hues to bandwagon it.

They're all based off of stuff posted on /f/. By basic I mean just anime girls from different shows so I could tell you the characters or link you to the flashes.

2 bongs until new episode and all the Veeky Forums folks are welcome since it's a D&D one

First you export model from the game as .obj using special plugin that can be found on hongfire, then you import .obj file into blender, getting rid of unneeded parts.
As for texture, you need to combine face texture, 2 hair textures (or more, if you have additional hair other than front/back), eye, eye highlight and eyebrow into hair_parts_col.dds
I'm using 2048 square transparent canvas, it usually enough to arrange everything.
Some textures got slightly different duplicate variations, so pick the ones that got the correct colour.
After arranging UV map, combine everything into one mesh by selecting everything in the top right window, then pressing ctrl+j while your cursor in on the 3d view window.
After that import existing head/hair with pes tools, use it to scale and adjust the new one.
Select all of Hair_2 in the edit mode, press delete and select "verticles", now combine new mesh with Hair_2 just like before. Don't delete anything or it will all die in pain.
This usually works but sometimes blender spergs out during export. If you can't export it, and errors are telling you nothing useful, delete everything except hair_2, rename it to something and import/export it as .obj and try again, this time you don't have to bother with UV map and scaling.
I bet I forgot something important

I can give it a shot, and I'm sure some models are already done for other teams, you can borrow those.
