Regarding the Germans, most of this is merely my speculation.

A German victory for the Second World War would bring much public praise to the Nazi Party, ensuring its power for at least another generation or two.

The Germans themselves would gear up for the colonisation and begin the settlement and industrialisation of the eastern lands. The industrialisation would mean a boost to the German economy. Whether or not it would last for long, I can't tell. Germany's biggest trade partner would be the Middle East.

Germany would be in a Cold War against the remnants of the Commonwealth, Siberian remnants of the Soviet Union, and the new Pacific power: the United States.

What happens after the death of Hitler and the other first generation Nazis will be complete speculation, but an economic collapse, a German perestroika, and an Autumn of Nations is most likely to happen. The Scandianvians, Dutch, and Eastern territories of Germany might break off (especially the Baltic, Ukranian, and Russian territories) even after full Germanisation. If the east collapses, the Czechs will follow. Croatia will suffer an ethnic civil war sooner or later.

I personally don't believe in a full genocide for Generalplan Ost. A Polish rump state is most likely to form from General Government territory. I also don't think Germany would be able to completely eradicate the Baltics and the Ukrainians. What policies Germany would pursue towards the Baltic peoples, we can't be sure, especially when the Baltics had a considerable amount of Waffen-SS volunteers.

Culturally, Germany won't be any different from what it was back in 1939 but the antisemitism and anti-Bolshevism would be far stronger than originally. The fascist fervor will spread to her neighbouring nations, and might even affect neutral lands such as Portugal, Switzerland, and Sweden. Fascist takeovers might begin in Latin America.

Finally, pic related will be turned into a beautiful German city.

Rosenberg had the most conservative ideas; the formation of German puppet states from the Baltic to the Urals, with certain lands under direct German rule.

In Hitler's words, the Volga river was to become the German Mississippi, with the Russians becoming the Indians. The general idea was to deport the majority, kill some and enslave the rest. Oh, and Warsaw and Moscow were to be completely demolished, with the former becoming a minor German "ideal" city (look up Pabst plan).

Given the complete inability of Germany to project decisive force to Britain, let alone the U.S., a German victory in WW2 probably involves defeating the USSR somehow (We'll skip over just how this miracle occurs) and enduring Western Allied attacks until the WAllies get bored of the whole thing and go to peace.

Given HItler's antics pre-war, and his habitual treaty breaking, this won't be easy or short, only when it's truly obviously hopeless will the West give up.

By this point, the atomic bomb will almost certainly have been developed and deployed; and given the USAAF and Bomber Command's focus on strategic bombing, it would likely be in that capacity, not some sort of tactical or operational role.

So you'd have a burnt, radioactive Germany as several bombs a month are dropped on it, and Germany refuses to surrender. Likely you'd have enormous economic and social chaos, and at least a retreat from some of their new possessions in the west.

The German scientists that DID work on the project had been in the U.S. before the war and kidnapped scientists were kept in the UK and were not included out of fear of sabotage of the Manhattan Project (not to mention the whole reason they were captured was to prevent a German bomb, not to assist with the American one). The Thousand-Year Reich can last at most the mid 1960s, then it would start suffering full economic collapse and ethnic dissent.

There's also that chance the Allies would drop a nuclear bomb on Germany, but that would need to be done mid 1940s to early 1950s as Germany might bring its air force back to satisfactory strength.
