1. Place a ward on enemy side of river
2. You want to kill all the creeps, get rune at each 2 minutes, and then return before the first new creep dies of malnutrition
3. Positioning is everything, if you get a slow, you can literally kill the enemy hero if they move past the river without creeps to save them
