i think a half decent chromie is more op than any hero in the game.
Can miss 80% of her spells still gets top damage on team. its pretty easy to nail heroes who move in predictable paths.
If you build a proper support team she is nigh unstoppable and will just delete your team.

Other heroes i think are broken messes in certain situations: Malf, Kerrigan, Zarya, Illidan, Mura.

I dont think specialists and supps are in a good spot right now with malf being tier S I think the only other one that competes is Tassadar in certain setups. BW is okish but Auriel imo hard counters her. Karazim is now an assassin who pairs extremely well with medivh.

All specialists are in a bad spot and are extremely situational niche picks. Xul got hardcore nerfed by mount speed and is only good on two maps. Sylv is like a win more hero and will never be picked on an equal setting between two korean teams

I hope we get a spellbreaker type hero too.
Mana burn, area cleanse, annoying as fuck dot that ruins life and maybe steal the dota idea of silence.
It would make me so angry to play against that I'd love to see it in game.

They do have to fit in dedicated files size for each hero, and Varian already requires 3 sets of anmation for his attacks, they had to cut corners in a few places.
