Put on cargo shuttle
Put c4 on tunnel
Delay detonation until arrival
When the runner is destroyed, it releases it's object
Ta da.

Problem with that idea, is that the shuttle destroys all items inside of it upon landing.

The only exception to this is things that are bolted to the floor.

The only thing you can bolt to the floor is a cargo telepad. But Teleporting is blocked once you land. And the cargo telepad coordinates are fixed.
