No unless youre a a god tier tracer, if you are then there is no need for all the bells and whistles sombra has, you just shred the enemy team while being impossible to hit. A good tracer is much more of a threat than a good sombra, but tracer takes a high amount of reflexes and awareness so good ones are kinda rare.

Well the timing of the Omnic Crisis changed so now it directly conflicts with Reinhardt's bio.

Probably. He admitted in an interview that he is just making it up as he goes. After cancelling first strike and the last 2 comics just being holiday fillers, it feels like he is trying to give himself time to rewrite the lore.

I know about the voice line. I'm slightly working the dumb angle. I also believe if they were friends Morrison would, and should have refereed to Reyes by his first name. If not they maybe they aren't as close as we think? Depending on Chu's answer it would actually imply a good amount about how Morrison saw Reyes. And if Chu won't answer the question that might imply that it's actually a bigger plot detail than we formerly thought. It could potentially catch him in a bind. That's the point.
