Yurop gets cucked again, nothing new here.

I'm not clicking your clickbait, just point out said 10 differences.

OBJECTS IN THE MIRROR ARE CLOSER THAN THEY APPEAR

>I want a comfortable, affordable, and practical daily that makes 400+ HP and handles decently

So anyone with sense I guess

I'm not defending this but just to make somethings clear, take note of the following:

- legislation and reglation in EU differs from country to country.
- only the UK has LHD
- Every car maker does this.

Also, Veeky Forums should not degrade to being the secondhand comment section of a jewtube video.

It's half of what the US Mustang is.

>car 9gag

>V8: 0-62 in 4.8 seconds
>Egoboobs: 0-62 in 5.8 seconds
>standard trim is Performance pack
>different details like muh lights and mirrors because Yuro standards

>>standard trim is Performance pack
Minus the 3.73 rear end.

>guzzles 15 mpg unless you drive highway all the time
>affordable

>shit size and visibility
>practical

>no liftback
>practical

>garbage handling, might kill you in the winter due to overpowered engine and archaic drivetrain
>daily

>absolute garbage noise insulation if you drive faster than Ameriblubber highway speeds
>comfortable

I'm not going to trust you fat maggots to build a car for European roads and the Autobahn. Most of you haven't even left your own state.

...

>Still, how often is anyone going to drive their Mustang at 150 mph?
I live in Germany, that's why I only drive cars by people that go 150 mph, and not by people that already break the law going 75.

I didn't even know mustangs had entered the european market. They probably shouldn't have, we europoors don't really care the V8 and can't afford 15 MPG with the european gas prices

Ironically the V8 is by far the better selling option here. The V6 isn't offered, and who the fuck buys a Mustang with a fourbanger? Might as well buy a fucking VW.

I'm calling bs on this 150 thing.

If it's stalling at 150 it's because it's been programmed to.

I don't think you understand who Guy Martin is

>>guzzles
oh

yurocucks BTFO

Yes, for good reason, because it turns into a wobbly deathtrap above that speed. Escalades are limited to 116 or something for the same reason, because they're wonky crudely engineered barges.

So the M4 is better. Your point?

Also the official German numbers are 12.4L/7.2L (19/33) for the M4 and 20.0L/9.6L (12/25) for the Mustang GT.

Yeah the GT sells really well (for an American sports car) because it's one of the few NA V8s still available and also quite cheap for 5l one.
I have no idea how they managed to meet Euro 6 with it.

For example in Germany it was the most sold sports car for most of 2016 and is still #3.

the m4 has a 3l turbo so those numbers are bullshit.

he seems to get it up past 150 no problem
no, those are limited because of tires

I can taste the salt from across the sea you filthy poorfag Yuropeen.

>The DRLs are reflectors in the UK.

stopped right there.

Kinda feel bad for you yuropoors that are American muscle enthusiasts.

At least you got a Focus ST to make up for it.. i guess.

idiots

only people who would buy that shit especially in Europe

the top speed depend on the final gear ratio.

>liters per arbitrary 100 km
literally the worst unit of all time. please visit the trash on your way out

>please visit the trash on your way out
legit kek'd.

what would get for the same price instead.

Says it's been tuned right at the begenning of your video.

EUROPE HAS HAD THE V8 MUSTANG SINCE 2015

What is the point of this thread?
Shitting on the Mustang?
The V6 Mustang?
The Ecoboost Mustang?
The inevitable Ford Focus RS?
Shitposting?

I suggest you watch Rory Reid's review of the Mustang(s) for Top Gear (S23E06)

>imperial steplengths per 18th century gooberglob
You're alone in the world, you muppets.

Yet somehow German SUVs manage to come up with tires that go 155 instead of fucking off at 116.

About 50 Twingos

>guzzles
man, gas usage is single handedly the most jewed out fucking concept in the universe right now.

You idiots think you need a prius at a smooth 55mph to get 50mpg. 20 year old shitboxes got 40 mpg if you drove them right. Facilitate the movement of your pistons like you're babysitting them.

Morons.

Gas usage might be a meme in the US, but in western europe it's >€1.50 per liter right now. That shit ain't funny.

oh right. PLUS you've got gimped engines... you almost wouldn't be able to dream of 40 mpg. Holy shit you guys are fucked and I never even considered it before.

My condolences. Let's fucking change this broken world together.

N E V E R
S U R R E N D E R

wow cucked by RHD

Poor bongs.

>tfw you could literally buy about 200 Twingos for the price of a stripper model V8 Stang here

>you could probably buy a Twingo every couple of months for the price of driving a mustang with european gas prices and taxes

Honestly probably more like a new Twingo every month.

Would probably be smarter.

It's kind of sad that a car that is so easily affordable in America to the point where high school seniors can buy one used is a high end luxury car here. At least you'll be styling on them Twingo's tho.

A GT with a couple of options costs as much as a base 911 here (although I happen to live in one of the worst countries when it comes to new car prices).
Even a fucking Toyobaru costs over 50 grand.

After checking, it's even more absurd. A base GT costs a thousand MORE than a base 911.

>from €40k for new
>from €10k used
>high end luxury

>from €40k for new
Maybe in Romania. In the Netherlands prices start at €57k for the ecoboost and at €119k for the GT

>from €10k used
I'll admit you can get a decent 2005-2008 mustang for €10k.
But then factor in what a 2005-2008 mustang will cost you every month if you DD it and it suddenly doesn't sound so cheap anymore. Also don't forget that if you crash an older model pretty much every new part has to be imported.

The US have a twisted relation to the car. They've modeled their society around it for the last 70 years and are obsessed with it. Of course it's going to be treated differently there.

The Mustang has been, for most of its life, an affordable sporty compact. You look at the base price of a Mustang in 1966, and adjusted for inflation it costs about as much as a Civic coupe base model, which the Mustang more or less was. The Mustang and its brethren have been popular simply because of the allure of cheap power and a cool sporty car for little money, even if its actual performance is in question at times.

Damn, that price gap shows how hard youre getting fucked by taxes. In Austria its 46k for the Ecoboost and 58k for the GT.

Euros? The GT is 44k € in Germany. If you subtract VAT and shipping costs, the difference to the American price is less than five grand.

Yeah in Euro, i just checked on the Ford website. Its a lot more expensive if you factor in the absurd insurance though.

Yeah, thr government literally charges money based on CO2 emission ratings, then adds 21% VAT on top.
And said CO2 tax isn't a flat fee, it's divided up into multiple brackets, each subsequent bracket representing a certain amount of money per gram of CO2. Shit scales pretty much exponentially, so the highest bracket is almost €500 per gram.

Then you also need to substract 13% to account for different purchasing power.

Thats insane, who would even buy one if its that expensive?

Hardly anyone does. That shit is the reason so many people here drive diesel shitboxes and there's at least one Aygo/C1/107 on every street.
The rich usually have an address across the border in either Germany or Belgium and buy/register their expensive cars there, because it's literally half the cost.

I hate the diesel meme, they sound like shit, are worse for the environment and theyre dreadful to drive, every second used car i look at looks great and then i see that its a fucking diesel.

>implying people here have diesel shitboxes
>implying the tax on diesel motors isn't twice as high

Yeah, but they haul ass. You wanna have to buy a giant burgerbarge pickup truck just to carry some yard cuttings?

So thats why everyone rides a bicycle.

Of course there are applications for it, no one is going to complain about a diesel truck, i have a problem with those disgusting turbodiesel hatchbacks and the 70hp diesel shitmobiles that everyone drives nowadays.

I will never understand the mentality of a yuropoor. It really is like all the best Europeans moved to the new world leaving the peasants behind. Their governments are continuously cucking them and they do nothing about it. All these regulations and bloated bureaucracies with volumes upon volumes of law. A fucking law about the length, width, and depth of the fucking side view mirrors? Huge import taxes because they cant compete, no wonder.

Also the expensive gas prices, I guess someone has to walk

You amerifats almost had Hillary elected into office. If that would've happened, you literally would've turned into europa 2.0

desu I'd rather pay more for gas and taxes than live in the US

>huge import taxes
10% for Germany plus the regular 19% VAT that apply to cars anyway. At least we didn't ban grey imports outright unlike Washington did to protect Detroit because it couldn't compete.

Blame the millennials and minority populations

Stockholm syndrome

Seems like the prices for foreign cars here are even more competitive than the local market. Can't say the same for the scared yuros

Our prices include taxes, you stupid cunt. Of course your goodgoy pre-tax prices will look lower in comparison. As I said the pre-tax difference between a Mustang GT in the US and in Germany is only a few grand.

Italy.

Plus you have to pay 1000€ per year of taxes and 2500€ (!!!) per year as super tax for exceeding 250 hp.

3500€ per year of taxes, but the super tax part is the usual Italian scam that is soon to be cancelled.

Yeah, the monthly road tax is twice as high. Diesel is cheaper and BPM is lower because muh emissions though.

>bad healthcare
>expensive education
>hard as fuck to retire
>shitload of homeless people
>some of your cities are legitimately third world
>high crime rates
nah, i'd rather pay more for gas

So you have huge taxes. Someone has to fund the "refugees" replacing the dumb local peasants.

The healthcare in the US is excellent actually if you can pay for it. But the price is absolutely disproportional. Double the cost for a 10% increase in quality over Europe.

>literally a tax for exceeding horsepower
Hitler should've won

trump is garbage tho

>diesel and bpm are cheaper
But you'd have to drive a fuck ton per month before the difference between diesel and gas becomes big enough to cover the tax

cuck

When will Americans understand that Europe is not a country, but a continent, consisting of many many countries?

>ohmergawd Europe is being flooded with 0.4% largely temporary immigrants they'll all be dark brown in three years
t. Tyrone Hernandez Wong from the United States of White Minority in 2042

How?

Some people drive an awful lot, so for them diesel makes sense.

Yeah I guess this would be the only case where it would.

>bad healthcare
The healthcare here is some of the best in the world. I assume you're talking about prices. If you have a job most likely you have insurance from that job. It covers a lot of the payments.

>expensive education
Schooling up to highschool is "free" tax money pays for it

>hard as fuck to retire
Because the socialized saving system of Social Security is failing. Besides there are plenty of boomers I see that are retired so this point doesn't really make sense

>shitload of homeless people
In the democrat controlled inner cities sure

>some of your cities are legitimately third world
I agree but this is because of democrat control and large ghettos made up of minorities

>high crime rates
Again, in the inner cities controlled by democrats.

Don't you have to prep your Muslim bull?

The idea beyond this super tax is to tax luxury cars more because muh rich people have more money and you know, in this shit hole there's a big tax evasion problem...they somewhat (((forgot))) that we have many non luxury cars that can exceed 250 hp.

Just two random models, apart from the Mustang (which at 38.000€ + discount is relatively cheap and if you look for an used one they throw these cars at you), Leon Cupra and Civic Type R.

Also in Italy we have cars with cucked version of the same engine - diesel of course - such as the Maserati Ghibli with the 275 hp engine (super taxed) and a specific 250 hp remapped version (normal taxed)...guess who buys the cucked engine and has it remapped in zero time?

However, the supertax is calculated for every hp exceeding the 250th.

The result is that rich and criminal people sold their luxury cars and nobody here is going past a 2 liter diesel with 180/190 hp because of that.

Italy, the land of engines.

>in the democrat controlled inner cities
have you ever been to the south in your life? i honestly cannot fathom being this delusional.

When we're talking about Europe we're mostly talking about the relevant countries. Many countries are in the European Union and along with the stupid socialist big government big bureaucracy hivemind they act pretty similar politically and culturally.

>In the democrat controlled inner cities sure
Yeah, because they're the only ones willing to help even in the slightest after the neoliberal corporate market has abandoned them.

This thread represents everything I love about Veeky Forums

your taste is shit

its not that I want one, its just funny

Ironically you don't have to have euro compliant mirrors on a grey import, only compliant tires and lights I think.

they dont really care because eastern block
