Ich hab momentan einen a140 bei dem die Vorderachse komplett gewechselt werden muss.
Fast alles ist besser. Ich will einfach nur was was etwas ruhiger fährt und nicht so beschissen aussieht

Ich denke dann ist der 316 definitiv ein upgrade.
Die ganzen benchracer hier gehen nur davon aus, dass du die ganze zeit nur heizen willst, was mit der kiste nur bedingt möglich ist.

Achte aber darauf, dass alles frisch gemacht ist. Die 316er sind auch oft nicht so verbraucht wie die 320er

Der 316 ist vllt nicht der schnellste, aber eine kostengünstige und zuverlässige Lösung. Hier in Deutschland kriegst du überall Teile, Schrottplatz,eBay, alles kein Problem. E36 & E46 sind gute Autos und halten bei richtiger Wartung ein Leben lang. Man merkt noch etwas von der Straße, jedoch sind die Dinger trotzdem auch auf längeren Trips komfortabel.
Lass dir von den Leuten hier nichts einreden, die haben keinen Plan wie billig Bimmer und Teile hier sind.

Aber wenns dein erster RWD ist, pass auf und übe ein bisschen am Parkplatz. Kann schnell in die Hose gehen.

Es muss nicht so schwierig sein eine billig 6 Zyl. BMW 3er in Deutschland zu finden.

They're slow but perfectly fine and sometimes even more durable than the 6ers. I see tons of them with way over 300k kms.
At least here in Germoney, not sure if the quality is different anywhere else.

318i is a better choice.
More torque and power so you don't have to rev it hard everytime you overtake someone.
Both the 318i and the 316i get around the same MPGs.

Warum muss es dann eine 1,3-Tonnen-Limousine mit 70PS sein? Nimm doch einfach einen schnelleren und komfortableren A4 ohne Mem-Steuer.

Also mein 316 E36 1.9 (gleicher Motor wie in frühen E46 Modellen, M43b19ul) lief ja einwandfrei. Klar, er zieht nicht wie ein M3, aber besser als jeder 62PS Fiesta. Und seine 200 km/h hat er auf der Autobahn auch geschafft.
Komfortabel, zuverlässig und relativ sparsam. Aber da sie so billig sind würde ich in Deutschland trotzdem gleich nen 320 kaufen

In Germany you can get a 316 with absolutely NO RUST at all for 1500€. Yes, they are hard to find, but there are some cars out there which have been to the service regulary and are flawless (besides being low specced 4cyls).

The late Models of the 316i E36 Compact featured the M43TUB19UL, same as a E46 316i

the 323 is a m52 and the 325 is a m50.
the 325i has more power than the 323i but somehow same 0-100km/h times and the 323i is definitely more torquey
