Ecoboost is the best engine technology out today.
Traction is only an issue offroad, where you need ground clearance, or in the snow where you need ground clearance and snow tires.
Stand on a streetcorner and make note of all cars that are 10 years or older that drive by. You might see a Taurus or two but that's it.
