Just a PI 4.6 out of a newer crown Vic and a ton of suspension work. Super clean all black interior...the car had a lot of money invested in it but I got it for $800 because it wasn't running due to a wiring issue.

not my car, but the sport trim. only difference under the hood is no tower brace (the factory is ugly imo)
interestingly those two levers on either side of the car disable ABS and traction control at a hardware level. you can still disable traction control from inside the car, but the lever means that you can never turn it back on by accident

I've never actually seen an S197 with ITBs. But I looked it up, and the power gain got the cost is waaaaaay lopsided and doesn't seem worth it.

Not him, but a strut bar only adds stiffness, reducing the flex of the struts under high loads.
It doesn't change the geometry of the suspension; only reduces the geometry changes associated with frame flexing.

I don't know about supras, but knowing how heavy they are, they probably have a lot of chasis rigidity already.

How much MPGs?

Strut tower braces really don't do much, what you want to change that is proper suspension upgrades like coilovers
