That thing is not beautiful in my eyes. I am not sure what the fuck you are on about, sounds like mommy didn't like your 5 year old drawings or something.
Some modern cars are beautiful, the issue is that most modern cars are expensive as fuck. What could have bought you something nice looking back in the 80's buys you a fucking FWD numale looking turd of a car.
Alexander Wood
Exactly my point. You glorify a past that you didn't live through. You are a secondary nostalgiafag. The 1980s had its share of middle eastern conflict and progressive movements. Looking like a homosexual became acceptable in the 80s. Most people who grew up in the 50s and 60s would have hated the faggy synth and new wave garbage. Angular cars that looked like they were designed by the best of Ford's budget engineer team and Gooky McGookson Inc. design team armed with rulers and a hatred for curvy 1950s and 60s design. Women actually started wearing pants suits and began the trend of avoiding family life. Divorces shot up, drug use increased, HIV began, hip hop music moved into the mainstream.
You have no perspective. Every decade is shit in its own way.
Luis Hernandez
I am aware of that, but the 80's won't stop being aesthetically pleasing to me for that reason alone. Things either are, or they are not pleasing to the eye, the rest are irrelevant details.

I've got no problem with that.
I'll enjoy it when kids born in the 2020s begin retroactively getting into 2010s culture. Get ready for the retro new twerk phenomenon of the 2030s.

The future is looking grim. I honestly believe things will move towards conservatism in the future, it cannot be that each generation continues to grow liberal until each person is considered nothing but a gender less mass of floaty cosmos stuff. How will teens rebel against their liberal parents otherwise? I hear gen Z is cooking up to be a melting pot of fascism.

Your eyes need to be checked. The new LS and LC are two of the most beautiful cars to come out of Japan in a long time, specifically the coupe.
All the other GT cars it's competing with, the S-Coupe, the 6-Series, the Conti GT are all literal bars of soap with melted details. The LC looks like it was chiseled with a Samurai's sword from a solid block of carbon fiber, and the details are stunning throughout.
Maybe the original SC coupe, maybe the Z32, but I can't think of a single other Japanese coupe with such attention to detail in a successful overall design since the 2000GT.

The s class coupe and the 6 series are in two different classes
