He was designed for legend Sanji. He's PSY and Sanji is INT, plus he can dodge his preemptive captain removal.
I have zero clue how is someone else other than Sanji supposed to do him.

No. He just "lifts" your characters for 2 turns every couple turns, which is like Kuma's blow except they return, just all over the place. Basically you have to survive 6 turns if you want to attack with all your members on the ground.
Below 30% he just enrages.
So overall, he's just a raid that is constantly dealing fuckton of damage and removing your crew-members, while having a LOT of HP. So the objective is to either survive long enough so that you can burst, or cheese his pre-eventive with RR Smoker/Sanji or something.
Just a pain in the ass Raid.

I thought it was weird they designed a raid around literally 1 unit (even though it obviously helps to have VinSanji)

There's also a F2P unit from a fortnight that does the same thing as RR Smoker, just a lot worse obviously, so you can use him instead.
But yeah, Sanji is definitely the winner here. Just shits all over this raid.
